Story
Italian coffees have had a long tradition of using specific ingredients to create a target flavor profile that would produce great crema as well as a pleasant balanced flavor. These ingredients included Robusta as a key element. Coffees were then aged before packaging to allow the gasses to mellow and the edges to round.
